Uniquely Fragrant Salmon | Hong Kong recipe

Preparation
1. Remove the skin from the salmon and dice into small pieces.
2. Mix the main and secondary ingredients together into a salmon salad.
3. Using a moulding cup, place a cup of salmon salad in the middle of the serving plate. Fill a straw with the Special Fragrant Sauce and serve with lettuce.

3g Lemon, juice

30g Minced Burmese parsley
3g Minced Capsicum frutescens
5g KNORR Concentrated Chicken Bouillon
10g Creamy peanut butter
3g Garlic
2g Vinegar
2g Salt
