Cold Mixed Wild Tomatoes and Lime | Hong Kong recipe

Preparation
1. Blanch the wild tomatoes quickly in boiling water and soak them in iced water thereafter to remove the skin and moisture content, and make them ready to use.

3g KNORR Liquid Seasoning 
5g Shaoxing Wine
5g Zhenjiang vinegar
2g Sesame oil
3g Sugar
