Farfalle Cacciatora | Hong Kong recipe

The dish of farfalle Cacciatora is highly recommended by chef. We share you the recipe and take a try to make at home. In it, the tip is that to use the proper seasoning. We make the dish by using Knorr Seasoning


Preparation
1. Dissolve KNORR Forest Mushroom & Porcini Sauce with hot water then bring to a boil.
 
2. Place the olive oil in a sauté pan raise to a medium to high heat, add the onions, Bell pepper strip and cook until soft. Add the basil and garlic puree and allow to cook for a minute.
 
3. Add the pasta to the onion mix toss gently untill pasta is coated in KNORR Pesto and thoroughly cooked through.
 
4. Serve the pasta centre of plate and mask with the sauce garnish with the parmesan and basil.

180g PASTA Farfalle Tricolore (Cooked)
28g Knorr Forest Mushroom & Porcini Sauce 
160ml Hot water
25g Olive oil
150g Minced Onion
200g Red Bell Pepper (Strip)
5g KNORR Pesto 
50g Parmesan cheese powder
