| Preparation |
| 1. In a pan sauté onion with olive oil, then add shrimp and flambé with Brandy, once cooked remove from the pan. |
| 2. Stir the tomatoes, red bell pepper in a pan, then add the Knorr Lobster Sauce, stir well and add cream and lobster. |
| 3. Decorate with Italian Parsley and serve. |
| Tip: Chop some basil, chives, coriander, dill, thym and add at the end of preparation. |
