| Preparation |
| 1. Marinate the cod and black olives in the olive oil with the thinly-sliced onion and peppers for 1 hour. |
| 2. Cover each dish with a layer of Knorr Pronto (Italian Tomato)
then top with the cod, followed by the onion first, then the red and green
peppers. |
| Tip: Replace olive oil with hazelnut oil, add deep fried capers |
