Carpeze Ciabatta



 Make a delivious dish using fresh ingredients!
 
Preparation
Advanced Preparation.
Pre-heat griddle.
Method.
1. Slice ciabbata in half.
2. Decant the cream cheese in to a mixing bowl, add the basil herb puree.
3. Spread the ciabbata with the basil flavoured cream cheese and top with the lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella.
4. Serve cut in half.

 
Amount Name
1kg Ciabatta rolls
300g Cream cheese
15g KNORR Pesto 
100g Lettuce mixed leaves
300g Tomatoes sliced
200g Mozarella sliced
