| Pre-heat griddle. |
| Method. |
| 1. Slice ciabbata in half. |
| 2. Decant the cream cheese in to a mixing bowl, add the basil herb puree. |
| 3. Spread the ciabbata with the basil flavoured cream cheese and top with the lettuce, tomatoes and mozzarella. |
| 4. Serve cut in half. |
